Arms, mechanisms, take-out tooling and wear parts, machined to your drawings — plus machine automation and repairs.
Who we are
KVG Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. manufactures and supplies the variables, spares and mechanisms an IS (individual section) machine depends on to turn molten glass into finished containers, shift after shift.
From two units in the UPSIDC Surajpur estate in Greater Noida, we produce the working set: baffle, blow head, funnel and neckring arms; take-out arms, tongs and mechanisms; inserts and mould holders; and the parts that wear — shear shanks, plunger cartridges and cams. Everything is machined to your drawings and built to interchange with the equipment already on your line.
Our work is not limited to container glass. The same tooling discipline serves tableware glass producers, where dimensional accuracy and surface finish matter just as much. Across both, KVG counts leading names in the container glass industry among its customers — relationships built on parts that fit, repeat and last.
What ties it together is a plain engineering promise: read the drawing correctly, machine it accurately, and deliver it on time.
Our journey
The steps that shaped KVG into an end-to-end tooling manufacturer for the glass industry.
Established to manufacture and supply moulds, variables, spare parts and allied equipment for the container glass industry.
A dedicated facility in the UPSIDC Surajpur industrial area, Greater Noida, positions KVG for precision production and fast despatch across India and to export hubs.
Investment in in-house CNC turning and vertical milling brings tighter, more repeatable tolerances under KVG’s own control.
KVG now runs two units in the same Surajpur estate, covering arms, mechanisms, take-out tooling and wear parts — the working set for an IS machine.
Vision & Mission
“Provide cost effective & highest quality Products in the shortest possible Lead time.”
Be the single, accountable source for the variables, spares and mechanisms an IS machine needs — reading and editing digital drawings in-house, machining to consistent tolerances, and despatching on the date we promised.
Our name is our promise
A century of combined engineering expertise. We read and edit digital drawings in-house and turn them into production-ready tooling.
Indian cost advantage without the quality discount. Machining capacity under one roof means fewer suppliers and single-point accountability.
In-house machining capacity plus global shipping, engineered for the shortest practical lead times.
Why KVG
We publish only what we can substantiate. KVG supplies leading names in the container glass industry, backed by decades of hands-on engineering — and our inspection process, test equipment and credentials are documented on our Quality page. No unearned badges, no placeholder claims.
From reading your digital drawing to patternmaking, machining and finishing, KVG handles the whole path to a production-ready part — one supplier, one point of accountability.
Established foundry relationships, backed by our own machining capacity, let KVG take on volume orders without losing consistency from the first piece to the last.
A strategic Greater Noida / NCR location and planned throughput are geared to the shortest possible lead times, whether the part is bound for an Indian plant or an export hub.
Parts engineered to standard IS-machine geometry drop into existing tooling and repeat part after part — low switching cost, predictable performance on the floor.
